ENT Physician - Jeffrey M. Gallups, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Jeffrey M. Gallups, founding partner of Milton Hall, is a double board certified physician specializing in nasal and sinus disorders. His certifications include the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gallups holds the highest position of designation as Fellow in three acclaimed societies: the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gallups received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the University of Alabama and his residency at Emory University. Subsequently, he completed an Emory-affiliated fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Thereafter, Dr. Gallups joined the full-time faculty at Emory University School of Medicine/Emory Clinic as director of the Sinus Center. He is a medical staff member at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory-Adventist Hospital, Northside Hospital, and Windy Hill Hospital.

 

Milton Hall, one of Alpharetta’s premier medical facilities, was created by Dr. Gallups in answer to his dream of providing patients with superior care and leading-edge treatment in a home-like environment emphasizing relaxation and ease. A frequent lecturer to both professional and civic groups, Dr. Gallups is active in the greater Atlanta community, serving as a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Gallups is an active supporter of Unicef and the Elton John Aids Foundation. He has served on the board of the Ed lsakson Fund/Alpharetta YMCA and the advisory board of First Colony Bank. He is a founding member of the Alpharetta Optimist Club. In 2004, he made a matching grant to the marching band of Alpharetta High School to help provide much needed equipment. Dr. Gallups resides in Atlanta with his wife, Nancy H. Gallups, M.D., a pediatrician, and their two children. Dr. Gallups believes in an advanced, integrated approach to sinus disease. As conceived by Dr. Gallups, Milton Hall effectively combines state-of-the-art surgery with innovative intravenous therapy, making this facility a leader in medical technology in the Southeast.
