Jeffrey M. Gallups, M.D., F.A.C.S
Dr. Jeffrey M. Gallups, founding partner of Milton Hall, is a double board certified physician specializing in nasal and sinus disorders. His certifications include the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gallups holds the highest position of designation as Fellow in three acclaimed societies: the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Gallups received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the University of Alabama and his residency at Emory University. Subsequently, he completed an Emory-affiliated fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Thereafter, Dr. Gallups joined the full-time faculty at Emory University School of Medicine/Emory Clinic as director of the Sinus Center. He is a medical staff member at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory-Adventist Hospital, Northside Hospital, and Windy Hill Hospital.

A frequent lecturer to both professional and civic groups, Dr. Gallups is active in the greater Atlanta community, serving as a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Gallups is an active supporter of Unicef and the Elton John Aids foundation. He has served on the board of the Ed lsakson Fund/Alpharetta YMCA and the advisory board of First Colony Bank. He is a founding member of the Alpharetta Optimist Club. In 2004, he made a matching grant to the marching band of Alpharetta High School to help provide much needed equipment. Dr. Gallups resides in Atlanta with his wife, Nancy H. Gallups, M.D., a pediatrician, and their two children.
Upon finishing residency and fellowship training in 1995, Dr. Jeffrey Gallups founded the Ear, Nose and Throat Institute. Since that time, he has become recognized as a business leader in his field. Dr. Gallups has met the challenges of modern medicine by combining quality care practices with innovative business solutions. Today the ENT Institute is the largest ear, nose and throat practice in the metro Atlanta area. Currently, Dr. Gallups spends a portion of his time in practice development of other physicians, making him a respected entrepreneur among his peers.
